PRICING

Chiropractor Services

 New patient consult with treatment ⁃ $150 (40 minutes) 

Treatment of established patient including adjustment ⁃ $80 (15 minutes)

Physical Therapy and Wellness Services

 New patient evaluation (60 minutes) ⁃ $200 ⁃ Follow up appointments are time based with will be discussed with your PT 

 45 minutes $115 ⁃ 60 minutes $150

 FAQs

  • We do not accept insurance, which means you’re responsible to pay before or at time of visit. We accept cash/debit/credit card and may be able to accept your HSA/FSA. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

  • No referral is needed for Chiropractic services. For Physical Therapy services we are able to see you without a referral for 45 days or for up to 12 visits. Beyond this, we will need a signed plan of care or referral from your Doctor.

  • Yes, if there is a cancelation within 24 hours of your appointment a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost is applied.

  • We offer our services the greater San Luis Obispo region. To make sure we are spending more time with our patients and less time on the road, we’ve designated certain regions to certain days for ONLY our Chiropractor Services.

    Chiropractor Services:

    Monday-Wednesday: San Luis Obispo, Pismo, and to Morro Bay 

    Thursdays: Orcutt to Arroyo Grande 

    Fridays: Santa Margarita to Paso Robles 

    Saturdays by appointment only 

    Physical Therapy Services:

    Greater San Luis Obispo
